[Boost-testing] [accumulators] spurious failures?

In the accumulators tests, I'm seeing some tests fail on some platforms, 
but I'm not seeing any error output. For instance:

Huang-Vista-x64:

Compile and link is fine. The run fails, but no reason is given. Any clues?
