[Boost-testing] [release] Outdated vc9 testing?

The release results 
<http://beta.boost.org/development/tests/release/developer/summary.html> 
have the rather outdated test run for msvc-9.0. What's up with the 
tester? This is a rather important platform and it seems dangerous to 
have it stalled out in the testing.
