[Boost-testing] bug in regression.py

It appears that there is a bug in regression.py.  I think that both of
the %s on line 365 should be quoted:
             self.svn_command( 'info --xml "%s" >"%s"' %
(self.boost_root,svn_info_file) )

instead of

             self.svn_command( 'info --xml "%s" >%s' %
(self.boost_root,svn_info_file) )

since the original line fails if the svn_info_file path has spaces in it.
