[Boost-testing] Trunk regression tests failing?

I just tried running the regression tests on Trunk, 
and they failed with the error:

error: Unable to find file or target named
error:     '../no_part_spec_def_args_fail.cpp'
error: referred from project at
error:     '../libs/config/test/all'

Was the jamfile updated without checking in the new files?
