A load of my Python VC9 tests (the RW_WinXP_VC90 runner) failed with linker
errors, which i think might be because the VM i ran the tests on had the
64bit version of Python installed.

I've done an incremental test run after reinstalling Python, and that looks
like it's fixed the failures.
