[Boost-testing] Codegear config results

The Codegear Boost.Config results are failing because they apparently think 
that BOOST_NO_FUNCTION_TEMPLATE_DEFAULT_ARGS is *not* defined, and yet the 
config headers *do* define this unconditionally.

Any ideas?
