I notice that my test doesn't run the bcp test. Or at least, it's not 
showing on 
<http://www.boost.org/development/tests/trunk/developer/summary.html> 
even if it were ran. This was true on both a full --incremental run on 
all libraries, and when I did a clean check out and asking for bcp tests 
(among others) explicitly with the new --libraries=<lib> options.

Any ideas?
