If you're using a pre-built process_jam_log, you'll
need to rebuild it.

Also, try --libraries=../tools/bcp.  (--libraries=bcp ought
to work, but I haven't had a chance to fix it yet).

You can check the results locally by looking in
results/KTC-XP_VC10.xml
