Well, that worked. :)

If you mean pre-built that I downloaded or manually built 
process_jam_log outside of running run.py, then no. It seems that the 
new tests didn't run because I had leftover files from previous run of 
the tests. Now that I deleted everything and (effectively) started from 
scratch with only run.py (and comment.html etc.), it's included as part 
of the test fine. I was assuming / expecting it to work so long as I 
wasn't doing an incremental run which wasn't the case.
