I'm having some difficulty with a few test failures in the serialization 
library.  I wonder if the testers or anyone else might shed some light on 
them.

a) MinGW.  The DLLS fail to build.  I would like to know more than the build 
system reveals about this.

b) Sun 64 with STLPort.  This fails with an "input_stream_error" which 
usually means that that the text_stream is somehow out of sync.  Sun32 and 
Sun64/binary archives seem fine.

Soooo any insight from any quarter would be appreciated.
