Hi,

There are 4 test concerning duration/time_point input that fails 
(compile and link ok, but run crash) on Sandia-darwin-intel-11.1 testbed.

The input uses the locale facet to parse the input. Output works well 
and uses also the locale facet to format the output. Is there something 
on this testbed that could makes this feature to crash?
