Ok, so far the problems I'm seeing can be most often reproduced with
the Boost Jam engine build from the trunk and so far I've not been able
to reproduce them with Boost Jam built from revision [79279] (on my
third Boost Build test run at the moment).
If revision [79279] proves stable enough after a few more test runs,
I'll revert all the changes that came after it to get your tests back to
running status, and commit everything back once I track down the cause
for all this. Hopefully I'll have everything fixed and all the later
changes readded sometime today or tomorrow at the latest.
Thanks for the report and sorry for any trouble I caused with this...
Best regards,
