This is using the new boostorg/boost/regression repo.

Both master and develop branches shunt with:
     ERROR: rule "gcc.init" unknown in module "toolset".

Technically, it shunts not finding process_jam_log.

Platform: FreeBSD 9.3-RELEASE-p2
