The first page gives a fairly detailed set of instructions on building bjam,
the tool which is used to build the thread library (and other Boost
libraries). The second page tells you how to use bjam to build the library
itself. If these pages don't help, feel free to post any additional
questions (and I promise to read the subject line as well :=)
