Well, I am a newbie at finding my way through the boost websites.  I
tried to follow the instructions, but all I got was
C:\Projects\boost_1_30_0\tools\build\new\toolset.jam.  The websites
imply that the build tools will notice that I have .NET installed and
that I must worry only if I have both 6 and 7 installed.

I don't believe that I have CVS installed, nor available on our LAN.  We
are mostly Windows machines here.
