That was surely a typo on Florian's part.
The List-Id line used to contain <boost-users.lists.boost.org>.
Yesterday it switched to the "osl.ui.edu" form, breaking some folks'
mail-sorting filters (mine, at least).
Today it seems to have switched back to the original format.
