[Boost-users] Newbie Q

Hi,

I'm failing to build either bjam or (eventually, I got the binary) the 
boost library. I'm using Win 2K, VC++ 6, boost 1.31.0. In setting 
environment variables, I set MSVC, but couldn't figure out VISUALC (since I 
don't have a VC++ directory). When I try to build, I get:

D:\boost_1_31_0>bjam "-sTOOLS=msvc" install

[ Fails to find PYTHON ]

...patience...
...found 7592 targets...
...updating 3079 targets...
MkDir1 C:\Boost
spawn: No such file or directory
