You should first know that we recognize that installation is still
harder than it should be, and we're working on solutions.

You should also know that vc6 support is, for most purposes, being
dropped from Boost.Graph.  

You should also know that no build step is required for Boost.Graph,
as prominently described in
http://www.boost.org/libs/graph/doc/index.html under "How to Build the
BGL."
