That's easily done; we can just link to the mailing list archives. We
have many choices there, actually. Just look at
http://www.boost.org/more/mailing_lists.htm and search for "archives."

Hmm, I'm not sure we can convince everyone to look at the Wiki before
going to the archive pages.
