Not immediately, similar changes that got done to BBv1 for supporting 
QCC would need to go into the BBv2 gcc toolset.

You are wrong :-) It's a very badly named branch name. The branch 
actually represents the ongoing work on the 1.33.x version of Boost, and 
will become 1.33.1 soon. We really should have picked the better 
BOOST_1_33 name, but oh well to late now :-\
