Boost repository uses CVS, not Subversion (though switching
to the latter will be considered after 1.34 is released,
I think.) You can read at

on how to access Boost CVS. Alternatively, Boost Consulting
provides a packaged daily snapshot of the CVS main branch
at

http://www.boost-consulting.com/boost.tar.bz2
