Hi Matthew,

The unit library under review can be obtained from the boost vault, in 
the Units directory (beware of line breaks in the link):
http://www.boost-consulting.org/vault/index.php?&direction=0&order=&directory=Units

It is called mcs_units_v0.7.2.zip
