Add a #define WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN or #include <winsock2.h>
before including all boost headers.

#define WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN
// #include <winsock2.h> // or this
#include <boost/thread/thread.hpp>
#include <boost/asio.hpp>
#include <boost/date_time/posix_time/posix_time.hpp>
