Found another dead link, at:

The string "Boost.Functional/Factory" is a url link to:
http://www.boost.org/libs/functional/factory/doc/html/index.html
That the Boost webserver auto-points to:
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_42_0/libs/functional/factory/doc/html/index.html
Which does not exist.
