I am getting the compiler errors when i use the below
The error is ONLY when  i instantiate the integrator object: 
I.e....
                   index_iterator<Ply_Table,PlyPtr>::type ic00,ic11;
 

Errors:

Error 1     error C2027: use of undefined type
'boost::STATIC_ASSERTION_FAILURE<x>'

Error 2     error C2039: 'iterator' : is not a member of
