I am grateful for the link, Marat, although I can't do exactly what you are doing. We are constrained as to what tools we can use with our embedded target's Linux. I've got to use the proper gcc, gmake, and libs. It's going to be painful enough to get the target's boost libraries upgraded because some of them will cause API breakages.
