Yes! That is exactly what I want.  I read some of the reviews.   The input seems ok.

I really don't care about return types.  I wouldn't use a fall through, but I can see the point in doing it.

Why did the project die?  

Does it just need a little bit of help?  I'd be willing to offer a day or so.

I was only testing gcc.  Does this happen on other platforms as well?  I would have hoped gcc would have detected a swtich/case.  I posted on their list a while back.
