I was intending to use the library variant because I recall reading
somewhere the header only variant missing some test tools. Judging from
this link:

usage-variants/single-header-variant.html) I just read, I seem to be
wrong. The code in question was in place since around 2005. I never
thought of changing it until it's rejected by vc11.
