[Boost-users] Output libs to specified folder

How can I tell boost to put the libraries in a directory that I specify? 
If I change stage-dir, it still appends /lib onto it. Is this possible?

I want my libraries in C:\trunk\third_party\
Not in C:\trunk\third_party\lib

Here is my build script:
