Not exactly. The release notes just list the compilers that boost is
tested against. This relies on volunteers, and at the moment no one
seems be regularly running an intel tester.
There's still some support, but as there's no automated testing things
might break without people noticing. Levels of support vary between
libraries so there's no good measure I'm afraid.
