I know we've been having this discussion for many years, but every single
time it comes up, I don't think there's really been any disagreement.

Also, if more boost libraries use chaos as opposed to boost preprocessor
and we simply refuse to do any major workarounds, it puts a lot more
pressure on Microsoft to fix their preprocessor, though at this point I
doubt it really will get fixed, at least not for a long while still.
