Hi,

Following extensive discussion [1] concerned about the release
schedule [2] and consultation with Antony Polukhin whose library
is also scheduled for September,
I have moved the review of the JSON library to September [3] .

The review of the JSON library will take place
between September 14 and September 23, 2020.
