What is the OSS (4G) policy there?

What is the Boost policy? As far as I can see, each file is copyrighted 
by the author(s). Until now, I had Bruno and me there. As the team is 
now 4,5 or 6 members it might be better to have the author there. Some 
files are (substantially) authored by more people, than have more there. 
Makes that sense?
