Hmm, that's strange.
I'm receiving plenty of Trac notifications (send to the list) today.
For instance, immediately after I submited my test ticket
(http://trac.osgeo.org/ggl/ticket/18), see e-mail headers:

Good point. Trac notifications to the list work for me.
