Ok, but the ones proposed by TONGARI would probably be more intuitive. 
Don't you think? I.e. bgi::contains() and bgi::covers().

Do we plan to provide those boolean operations: geometry::contains() and 
maybe geometry::covers()? Or use those names in different meaning in 
Boost Geometry? Barend?
