I don't have anything setup for C++ so I though just minimally touching
something that is working should serve my needs.
As it turns out I might need to get fancier. The main problem I have is
that the MySQL 5.7 db complains that some Geometries are invalid and the
MSSQL 2016 db goes along just fine. They are both supposed to be OGC
complaint. So there is something very broken, or I'm breaking the
geometries when reading them from the DB (I'm in a java shop and we are
using JTS Topology by vividsolutions)
I need to write something that tells me where the Geometry is broken so i
can attempt to fix it.
