Hi,

I'd like to suggest an assertion be added to the destructors of the mutex 
classes, asserting that they are unlocked.  This bit of idiot proofing would 
catch the cases where a scoped_lock outlives its mutex and attempts to unlock 
an already destroyed mutex.  It's been a while since I've committed this 
error myself (but I have done it!), so maybe it has already been addressed in 
recent versions of boost.thread?
