[ublas] LAPACK bindings: example use of hbev()

Hi,

   Could someone help me with a short program/function/code snippet 
illustrating how to call hbev() defined in the lapack bindings? I have 
some doubts about the declarations for the arguments.

   Also, does someone know of a hbevx implementation?
