Sorry, this is still the old documentation. (I will remove this obsolete information asap.) The new system is quite different from that, the corresponding documentation is at <http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/numeric_bindings/libs/numeric/bindings/doc/html/index.html>
