AFIO has this Readme: https://github.com/BoostGSoC/boost.afio

It's very terse, only containing a link to the most recent 
buildbotted Boost docs and a per-target matrix of build and unit test 
pass/fail results for master branch with red and green colour coding.

I think we ought to strongly encourage such live matrices of 
automated testing dashboards in Boost, and the github Readme is a 
very good place to put it.
