*I* *cannot* *do* *this*. I don't know who would be able to authorise this,
even if I did, it is unlikely they would be willing to without a "business
case" (which Boost won't qualify as), and even if I could they would
probably still refuse.
Again, I apologise for ranting over this, but why will no-one ever (this has
come up more times than I can remember, now, on various lists) accept that
when I say I can't do this, I really can't. And I'm not the only person in
this situation (I don't know how many people on the Boost list don't have
CVS access, but it's certainly the case on other lists I'm on).
Please, can we just let this lie. The only relevant point is that, if we
want to use CVS as our source-code control system (an action I'm quite happy
to support, BTW), there will have to be a legitimate and accepted way for
people who cannot use CVS to contribute to Boost.
