All the code is free of line-feeds, strangely only one file still has
linefeeds: status/cs-hpux.html  But browsers don't care, so it doesn't
matter.
Your choice of filename and extraction directory is a bit
unconventional, boost-1.21.1 would be preferred, IMHO.
