I've uploaded a .zip to the vault that contains my raw
STLport-4.0 modifications (for people who have
STLport and want to use it right now).  I don't have 
the time to make them self-contained at the moment, 
but I will make an attempt soon.  I would be grateful if 
someone with STLport experience could recommend 
some tips or suggestions on the best way to make the 
code independent.  Also, any comments on my
implementation would be welcome as well.
