My guess is that the C++ committee is unlikely to exactly follow Boost 
practice when it comes to:

   * header names
   * header sub-directories and their names
   * sub-namespaces and their names.

Those issues haven't been discussed yet by the committee.  I'll post 
something on the committee's lib reflector to get them thinking about the 
issue.
