quantity libraries

As I am now forced to start really using dimensions at work, I will try
to press things somewhat at boost.  This issue has come up several times
in the last ~6 months and I would like to know what is going on.

I know that there is a lot of respect for SIUnits, but I have been
unable to use the one at fnal.gov due to compiler issues.  The
Copenhagen Boost meeting minutes made it appear that Walter Brown would
be uploading his latest version but that hasn't happened (has it?).

Michael Kenniston's quantity library in the vault looks pretty good to
me, but I prefer to use boost official libraries where possible.

If anybody knows anything I don't on this subject, please enlighten me.
