Nice, overall I like it :-)

Some suggestions:
I would move the "-Also:Mailing list" under the mailing list header.  And I
would move the bolded Mailing list right up under support and move About down.

I think there should be symmetry between the top bar the new Bolded categories.
This would require a reorganization of the top bar.  For example, People might
have to move under Other Resources in this design, FAQ maybe belongs under
support or about.
