Yes, I think that is sensible since he seems so opposed to MPL.
However what I don't want to happen is for us to accept a type list
facility that prejudices later discussion of MPL.

So if Andrei is not prepared to reuse the MPL interface (at least),
so MPL can *potentially* replace the Loki type lists, perhaps Loki
type lists should be relegated to detail for use by the rest of Loki
only. That way we don't risk ending up with two documented, public
type lists.

If it really came down to a vote to accept Loki type lists in their
current form as a public documented library, I would have to vote
"no" pending further discussion and evaluation of MPL. But I don't
want to do that because I'd like to see the rest of Loki submitted
sooner rather than later.

It's a bit like Bind. This is the start of an ET mechanism and if
that had been incompatible with the Lamba Library, we shouldn't have
accepted it. However as I understand it, Peter, unlike Andrei, was
prepared to submit a library that was compatible with the greater
work in progress.
