I was just quick-reading it, and I think I might have found a typo:

Proposal Status

Dup - The LWG has reached consensus that the proposal is a duplicate of
another proposal, and will not be further dealt with.
A Rationale identities the duplicated proposal number.
                  ^^^^^^^^

Shouldn't it read 'identifies'?
