[boost] Release run up: Win32 Regression Test updated

There is a fresh copy of the Win32 regression test available:
http://boost.sourceforge.net/regression-logs/cs-win32-diff.html (This is 
the differential version which shows changes since the last release in a 
larger font.

The log file is included in

In general, the results look pretty good. But there are a couple of areas 
that jumped out at me:

*  The number of the Comeau failures (using their latest compiler and --A) 
are 64-bit arithmetic related; this is probably some kind of configuration 
error, and may be really easy to fix.  It looks like the problem may be 
affecting Comeau under Linux, too, so one fix might clear failures on two 
platforms.

*  The iterator_adaptor_test is failing on four compilers, including one 
new fail on MSVC++.  It would be helpful if Dave or Jeremy could take a 
look at these failures.
