I should have said the "Traditional Win32 regression test"; I haven't tried
the jam based test yet.

That fix was included, so it didn't fix the cause of the current failures.
(That isn't to say it didn't fix other problems.)

OK; I'll try to rebuild jam now, and then run the new jam based regression
tests.
